BHP has filed its 2023 US Annual Report (Form 20-F) with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Form 20-F has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and, as a result, does not comply with the reporting requirements under the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (JORC Code, 2012 Edition).
The Form 20-F has been submitted to the FCA National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
