Big Technologies plc, the UK-based, remote people monitoring technology company, announces that it was notified on 30^th May that Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, transferred an aggregate of 25,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to his SIPP on 27^th and the 30^th May. Following this transfer there is no change to Mr Morris's beneficial ownership of 360,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
