Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2012 - Errata

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2012 contains an errata on page 49 within the Remuneration Report. 

The second table and the paragraph below it on page 49 should read:

Total shareholder return performance level	Amount of award vesting %
Upper Quartile	Full vesting (100%)
Median to Upper Quartile	Pro rata vesting on a straight line basis (25% to 100%)
Below median	Nil

In previous years, median performance vested at 0%.  However the Committee has been advised that this is below the market average for comparable companies and has therefore amended the vesting proportion so median performance vests at 25%.
