Big Yellow Group plc (the 'Company') announces that David Ross, a non-executive
director, acquired 102,000 shares at 559.6p pence per share on 19 July 2007.
This increases his beneficial holding to 11,456,140 shares representing 9.99% of
the issued share capital of the Company.
