Director/PDMR Shareholding

Big Yellow Group plc (the 'Company') announces that Philip Burks, a non-executive director, sold 205,000 shares between Friday 20 March and Tuesday 24 March at an average price of 210 pence per share. The sale was for personal tax reasons.

This reduces Mr Burks' beneficial holding to 7,470,849 shares representing 6.47% of the issued share capital of the Company.
