Director/PDMR Shareholding

Big Yellow Group plc (the 'Company') announces that Philip Burks, a non-executive director, sold 100,000 shares on Friday 27 March at an average price of 204 pence per share. The sale was for personal tax reasons.

This reduces Mr Burks' beneficial holding to 7,370,849 shares representing 6.36% of the issued share capital of the Company.  Mr Burks has informed the Company that he does not intend to sell further shares in the Company for the foreseeable future.
