Big Yellow Group PLC - Director/PDMR Shareholding

Big Yellow Group PLC ("the Company") announces that on 19 July 2011 the following Directors were granted nil paid options under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan:

The options are exercisable from 19 July 2014 to 18 July 2021, subject to performance criteria being met.

On 19 July 2011, Nicholas Vetch, James Gibson, Adrian Lee and John Trotman were also each granted 9,832 options under the Company's Approved Option scheme. At the date of exercise, to the extent that there is a gain on the Approved options, LTIP options will be forfeited to the same value. This is the first award under the current Approved Option scheme to each of the Directors.
