Big Yellow Group PLC announces that Nicholas Vetch, Executive Chairman, on Friday 23 September 2011 exercised an option to purchase 47,300 ordinary shares at nil pence per share under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.  Following this exercise, his beneficial holding is 8,817,920 shares representing 6.79% of the total voting rights of the Company.
