Big Yellow Group PLC (the "Company") announces that awards over shares in the Company ("Shares") were made under the Long Term Bonus Performance Plan to the Company's four executive Directors on Wednesday 21 November 2012 as follows:

Awards were made by the Company's employee benefit trust operated by Barclays Wealth Trustees (Guernsey) Limited. Mr Gibson has agreed to pay £100 for his interest in the Shares under award and Messrs Vetch, Lee and Trotman have agreed to pay £70 each for their interests in the Shares under award, which is regarded by the Company as the fair value of the interests.
Director share sale
The Company also announces that Adrian Lee, Operations Director, has sold a total of 100,000 shares of the Company at an average price of 325.33 pence per share.
This reduces Mr Lee's beneficial holding to 836,323 shares representing 0.64% of the issued share capital of the Company.
