Director/PDMR Shareholding

Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that Nicholas Vetch, Executive Chairman, has sold a total of 20,000 shares of the Company at an average price of 286 pence per share.  The sale of shares was for personal tax planning reasons.  Mr Vetch intends to repurchase the shares in due course.

This reduces Mr Vetch's beneficial holding to 8,797,920 shares representing 6.76% of the issued share capital of the Company.
