Big Yellow Group PLC ("the Company") announces that Adrian Lee, Operations Director, has sold a total of 60,000 shares of the Company at an average price of 377.11 pence per share. 

This reduces Mr Lee's beneficial holding to 776,323 shares representing 0.55% of the issued share capital of the Company.
