Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that on 23 July 2014 the Company's Executive Directors exercised options under the approved section of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan as follows:

Prior to the sale Mr Vetch transferred 4,916 shares to his wife Catherine Vetch. Prior to the sale Mr Gibson transferred 9,832 shares to his wife Michelle Gibson. Prior to the sale Mr Lee transferred 4,916 shares to his wife Katie Fulford. 

Additionally, Adrian Lee, Operations Director, on Thursday 24 July 2014 exercised an option to purchase 53,039 shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan at nil pence per share.  He sold these shares at an average price of 514.6p.  John Trotman, Chief Financial Officer, on Thursday 24 July 2014 exercised an option to purchase 53,039 shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan at nil pence per share. He then sold 25,011 shares at an average price of 514.6p in order to pay the associated PAYE and National Insurance, and also sold a further 10,000 shares at an average price of 514.6p, retaining the remaining 18,028 shares.
