b)	Nature of the transaction	On 2 September 2021, Catherine Vetch, Spouse of Nicholas Vetch sold 240,000 shares at a price of 1569.49 pence per share.  This transaction, together with the sale announced on 31 August was for the payment of taxes. Following this transaction, Mr Vetch and his family's beneficial holding is 6,404,004 ordinary shares, representing 3.48% of the Company's issued share capital.
