under the Big Yellow Group PLC 2000 Unapproved Share Option Plan to Directors
of the Company in respect of 1,232,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each as
follows:

The number of options granted to each director is in accordance with the
information disclosed in paragraph 3.13 of Part 5 of the circular to
shareholders published by the Company on 4 May 2001. The options were granted
for nil consideration.
