February 2001 pursuant to Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 that Norwich
Union Investment Management Limited has transferred its interest in 3,403,417
Ordinary Shares of 10p each in Big Yellow Group Plc, representing 3.53 per
cent. of the total issued share capital, to Morley Fund Management Limited,
both wholly owned subsidiaries of CGNU plc.
