2002 that following the sale of 81,000 ordinary 10p shares in Big Yellow Group
Plc on 16 April 2002, Henderson Global Investors Limited and its fellow
subsidiaries, acting as agent for its discretionary clients, now hold (either
directly or indirectly), 15,127,581 shares in Big Yellow Group Plc which
represents 13.07% of the issued share capital. Please be advised that within the
15,127,581 holding, TR Property Investment Trust Plc hold 12,650,000 which
represents 10.93% of the issued share capital.
