TO COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENTS OFFICE
We write to advise that Big Yellow Group Plc received notification on 02
December 2002 pursuant to Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 that on 29
November 2002 Morley Fund Management Limited (a subsidiary of Aviva plc
(formerly CGNU plc)) purchased 548,420 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in Big Yellow
Group Plc, thereby increasing its total shareholding to 5,901,186, representing
5.28 per cent of the total issued share capital.
