Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') has been informed, pursuant to DTR 5.1.2R

of the FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules that, following the acquisition of

shares on 21 May, Morgan Stanley Investment Management Limited had a total interest of

5,827,316 ordinary shares of the Company representing 5.05% of the total voting

rights.

The Company has also been informed that following the integration of ABN Amro Asset Management 

and Fortis Investment Management, Fortis Investment Management SA had a total interest of 

7,064,747 ordinary shares of the Company representing 6.12% of the total voting rights
