Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') has been informed, pursuant to DTR 5.1.2R of the FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules that, following aggregation of positions with Fortis Investment Management SA on 1 June 2010, BNP Paribas Investment Partners SA had a total interest in the Company of 9,421,952 shares representing 7.19% of total voting rights.
