Result of Annual General Meeting

Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that at the Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") held today, resolutions numbered 1 to 11 contained in the notice of the Annual General Meeting dated 5 June 2009 (the "AGM Notice") were duly passed.

The Company will issue its Interim Management Statement for the first quarter ending 30 June 2009 on Tuesday 7th July 2009.
