Result of Annual General Meeting

Big Yellow Group PLC ("The Group") announces that, at the Annual General Meeting 
held today, all resolutions contained in the notice of the Annual General 
Meeting dated 7 June 2006 were duly passed.

The final dividend of 3p per Ordinary Share will be paid on 12 July 2006.
