Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") - Amendments to Articles of Association in
connection with conversion to a Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT")


Big Yellow Group PLC (the "Company") announces that, at the EGM held earlier
today, the resolution amending the Company's Articles of Association in
connection with REIT conversion, as detailed in the circular sent to
shareholders on 11 April 2007, was duly passed.


Two copies of the resolution passed at the EGM have been sent to the Financial
Services Authority for publication through the Document Viewing Facility of the
UK Listing Authority at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
The Document Viewing Facility is open from 9.00am to 5.30pm on every weekday
except bank holidays.


Terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as in the circular sent to
shareholders on 11 April 2007.
