The Company received notification yesterday that following a sale of 200,000
ordinary shares in the Company on 26 April 2002 and a sale of 35,000 ordinary
shares on 21 May 2002, Bedell Cristin Trustees Limited, trustees of the
Company's ESOP scheme, currently have an interest in 1,159,892 ordinary shares
in the Company representing 8.97 per cent of the issued share capital of that
class.
