Today announces the issue of 7,785,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each representing
0.99% of the issued capital.

These shares have been issued to Ian Balchin, Chief Executive on exercise of
share options at an exercise price of 2.4445p.

An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for these shares to be admitted to the official list.

Dealings are expected to commence on 13 August 2004.
