Today announces the issue of 271,080 ordinary shares of 0.1p each representing
0.03% of the issued capital.

These shares have been issued to a retired employee under the Enterprise
Management Incentives Share option scheme at an exercise price of 2.87p.

An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for these shares to be admitted to the official list.

Dealings are expected to commence on 1 March 2005
