Change of Name

Following the approval by shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held on 14 June 2010 (the "General Meeting") the Directors of the Company are pleased to announce that the Company's name has been changed to Biome Technologies plc. This name change has been registered with Companies House.

Dealings under the new name will commence at 8am on 13 July 2010 when the Company's TIDM (ticker symbol) will change from "SEO" to "BIOM". At the General Meeting, shareholders also approved the Company's move from the Official List of the FSA to AIM. The Directors are therefore also pleased to announce that all of the ordinary shares of the Company will be admitted to trading on AIM at 8am on 13 July 2010. At the same time, admission to the Official List of the FSA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities will be cancelled.

No new share certificates are being issued in respect of existing Ordinary Shares held in certificated form. Shareholders should retain their existing share certificates which will continue to be valid.
