Stanelco announces that the Share Option Awards previously announced on 5 July
2007 have now been formerly allocated to Mr Paul Mines and Mr Clive Warner and
their respective connected parties.
Further to the previous announcement, the Company issued letters of wishes in
respect of the share options described in the 5 July 2007 announcement to the
trustees of the Stanelco Plc Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) asking them to
consider appointing these share options to sub trusts for the benefit of Mr Paul
Mines and his connected parties and for the benefit of Mr Clive Warner and his
connected parties. Subsequently, the Company has been informed that the
trustees of the EBT chose to act on these wishes on 17 April 2008.
