Biome Technologies plc was notified on 16 December 2011 that Declan Brown, Group Finance Director, purchased 2,000,000 of its ordinary shares at 0.151 pence per share on that date.  Following this transaction, Declan Brown's total shareholding in Biome Technologies plc is 2,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.03% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
