Biome Technologies plc today announces that Declan Brown will be joining the Board shortly as Group Finance Director.
Declan, aged 37, was previously Chief Financial Officer at V.Ships Capital and has held senior financial positions at Philip Morris Limited, and Sappi Fine Paper plc, the world's leading producer of coated fine paper. Declan completed his chartered accountancy qualification whilst working for KPMG. Declan will be joining the Board as Group Finance Director in November.
The Company also announces that Sue Bygrave is resigning from her position as Finance Director to pursue other opportunities. Sue will leave the Company at the end of October.
