The Company has today been notified that Mr William Hurndell has today sold
31,809,940 ordinary shares of 0.1p each (4.63% of the issued share capital),
reducing his holding from 33,309,940 ordinary shares (4.85%) to 1,500,000
ordinary shares (0.22%).
