Exercise of options and PDMR transactions in shares
Stanelco Plc ('the Company') has today issued 4,455,830 ordinary shares of 0.1p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), representing 0.48% of the issued
Ordinary Share capital, following the exercise of options by a number of Group
employees.
Of these, 1,113,958 Ordinary Shares have been issued to Mr Michael Feast (PDMR),
Technical Director of Stanelco RF Technologies Ltd, on exercise of share options
at an exercise price of 1.975p per share. Following the issue Mr Feast has
disposed of 556,979 Ordinary Shares at 14p and following the disposal he is
interested in 556,979 Ordinary Shares (0.06%). In addition, Mr Feast continues
to have an interest in 461,110 share options.
An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for these shares to be admitted to the official list and to trading on
the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
Dealings are expected to commence on 9 November 2005.
