                              Holdings in Company

The Company has today been informed that Richards & Appleby Limited acquired
310,000 ordinary shares, 600,000 ordinary shares and 1,000,000 ordinary shares
in the Company on 26 September 2000, 17 January 2001 and 20 January 2003
respectively, and that Richards & Appleby Limited now holds 46,910,000 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing approximately 6.68% of the current issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company has also been informed that the two directors and beneficial owners
of Richards & Appleby Limited, J S Rubin and M L Field, each acquired 1,500,000
ordinary shares in the Company on 29 August 2003, which, when aggregated with
the 46,910,000 shares held by Richards & Appleby Limited, represents
approximately 7.11% of the current issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
