Today announces the issue of 6,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each representing
0.78% of the issued capital.


These shares have been issued to Sixela Venture Leasing Limited to acquire plant 
and machinery as announced on 16 March 2004.


An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for these shares to be admitted to the Official List.



Dealings are expected to commence on 22nd April 2004.
