At the AGM of Stanelco plc, held this morning at 11.00am, all of the resolutions
proposed were duly passed, including resolutions six, seven, eight and nine
which did not relate to ordinary business (as defined in the Listing Rules).


Copies of the resolutions which did not relate to ordinary business have today
been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for
inspection at the UK Listing Authority's document viewing facility which is
