Statement re Share Price Movement

The Directors of Stanelco Plc have noted further recent movements in its share
price.  Whilst the company continues to explore new applications for its welding
technology, and possible licensing arrangements, there is far from any real
certainty that a commercial benefit will ensue to Stanelco.  The directors are
not aware of any other reasons to account for the movements in its share price.
