DIVIDEND DECLARATION
BioPharma Credit PLC (LSE: BPCR), the specialist life sciences debt investor, is pleased to declare an interim dividend in respect of the financial period ending 31 March 2024 of $0.0175 per ordinary share, payable on 30 April 2024 to ordinary shareholders on the register as at 2 April 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 28 March 2024. The Company has chosen to designate the entire amount of this interim dividend as an interest distribution. The default payment for dividends is in US dollars. However, shareholders can elect to have dividends paid in sterling (GBP) and the option to elect a sterling dividend payment for this dividend will be available to shareholders until 2 April 2024 (the "Election Date").
