Director's share purchase
Forbidden Technologies plc ('the Company') has received notification that
Douglas Blaikie, Finance Director, has exercised an option to purchase 62,500
ordinary shares of 4/5p each in the company at 3p per share, payable in full at
exercise.
The transaction date was 9 December 2004 and the shares have been allotted in
the following way on Mr Blaikie's instructions:
31,250 Mr Douglas D Blaikie
31,250 Mrs Celia Blaikie
Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and
it is expected that dealings will commence on 16 December 2004.
