Board Appointment
Business Development Director
Greg Hirst who joined Forbidden Technologies on 25th April 2001 to run the
business development programme, has been appointed to the Board of Directors
with immediate effect, as Business Development Director.
Mr Hirst has gained considerable expertise in software business development
through 18 years of experience in the international arena.
During his career Gregory Bernard Hirst, aged 45 years, has held several key
positions in computer software companies. For example, since 1998 he was a
Director of Raft International, the business software company which floated on
the London Stock Exchange in October 2000.
In the past five years Mr Hirst has held no other directorships.
There are no details to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2, rule (f) (iii) -
(viii) of the AIM rules in respect of Gregory Bernard Hirst.
Since joining Forbidden, Mr Hirst has created and implemented the Company's
marketing strategy leading Forbidden into business sectors with the potential
for rapid growth in the use of narrowband delivered video.

the opportunity presented by the slower than expected roll-out of broadband and
3G mobile services. We can enable content owners and mobile network operators
to implement video services over fixed line and GPRS connections and provide
them with an upgrade path to take full advantage of increased delivery bandwidth
when this becomes available.'
