Forbidden Technologies, which has developed and markets a range of Internet
video editing and publishing products for a wide range of market segments and
platforms, announces the retirement of Douglas Blaikie, Financial Director, with
effect from 1st July 2005.
Douglas Blaikie will continue to assist the company with its financial affairs
(but not as a board director), pending the appointment of the new Financial
Director, to ensure a smooth handover.
Vic Steel, Chairman, Forbidden Technologies, commented:
'I would like to thank Douglas for the significant and valuable contribution he
has made to the business and to Board affairs since the flotation of the
business.
'We are actively seeking a new Financial Director to support Forbidden
Technologies in the next phase of its development, as we build on commercial and
reseller relationships.'
