Forbidden Technologies plc (AIM: FBT), the developer and seller of cloud video platform technology using its patented Blackbird technology, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting, held earlier today, the following resolutions were duly passed on a show of hands with the following table summarising proxy votes:

Change of name
The Company confirms that further to the announcement of 15 April 2019 and pursuant to Resolution 7 passed at the AGM earlier, it will, with effect from 15 May 2019, change its name to Blackbird plc.
Trading in the Company's shares under the new name will commence at 8.00 am on 15 May 2019. The Company's ticker symbol (TIDM) will change to 'BIRD'. From 8.00 am on 15 May 2019, the Company's website can be found at www.blackbird.video, where the information required pursuant to AIM Rule 26 can be viewed.
Shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for all purposes. Any new share certificates issued will bear the new name.
