Forbidden Technologies plc ('the Company') announces that on 4 May 2004 under
the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme, the following Directors were
granted the below noted number of options to subscribe for ordinary shares in
the Company all at the exercise price of 35p per share option (being the closing
mid-market price on 30 April 2004).


The options may normally be exercised between the third and tenth anniversary of
the date grant.
