Forbidden Technologies plc ('the Company') announces that on 29 April 2005 under
the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme, the following Directors were
granted the below noted number of options to subscribe for ordinary shares in
the Company all at the exercise price of 22p per share option (being the closing
mid-market price on 29 April  2005).

The options may normally be exercised between the third and tenth anniversary of
the date grant.
