ISSUE OF EQUITY - ADMISSION DATE

Further to the Issue of Equity announcement made by the Company on 5 April 2024, which reported the allotment of 4,366,598 ordinary shares (the "Issued Shares") and which stated that dealings were expected to commence on or around 9 April 2024, the Company confirms that application has been made for the Issued Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities and that dealings in the Issued Shares are expected to commence on or around 23 April 2024.
