PRICE OF 100P PER SHARE PURSUANT TO AN OFFER FOR SUBSCRIPTION AND PLACING

announces that 75 million Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the Placing and
Offer for Subscription have been admitted to the Official List of the Financial
Services Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for
listed securities at 8.00 a.m. this morning.
