The Board of Merrill Lynch Commodities Income Investment Trust plc is pleased to
announce that a third quarterly dividend of 1.0625p per ordinary share has been
declared by the Directors, payable on 27 October 2006 to holders of ordinary
shares on the register at the close of business on 29 September 2006 (ex
dividend date is 27 September 2006).
