GBP Tender Price

Further to the announcement made on 9 May in respect of the tender price of
USD6.8331 it is now confirmed that the GBP price will be £3.596747 (payment
rounded down to 6dp) based on an exchange rate of 1.8998.


Payment will be made to shareholders as soon as practicable after 15 May.
