F&C LATIN AMERICAN INVESTMENT TRUST PLC
EXERCISE OF WARRANTS
F&C Latin American Investment Trust PLC (the 'Company') announces that the
warrant trustee, The Law Debenture Trust Corporation plc, has today exercised
the remaining 425,927 warrants on behalf of warrant holders. Accordingly the
Company has today allotted 425,927 ordinary shares at the fixed subscription
price of US$1.00 per share.
Following this exercise there are 80,145,042 ordinary shares in issue. There are
no warrants outstanding. Application will be made to cancel the listing for the
warrants in due course.
