Final Dividend

The preliminary announcement of the results of the Trust in respect of the
financial year ended 30 November 2002 was released yesterday. This incorporated
the declaration of a final dividend of 1.0p per ordinary share, to be paid
subject to the consent of shareholders at the Trust's Annual General Meeting on
19 March 2003.


The relevant dates relating to the final dividend are as follows:

Ex-dividend date     :     5 March 2003

Record date          :     7 March 2003

Payment date         :    26 March 2003
