Directors' Dealing

The Company announces that, following the vesting of a conditional share award under the Company's performance share plan (as notified to the market on 30 September 2022) Matt Jones, Chief Executive Officer, sold 108,000 Ordinary Shares yesterday to cover his tax liability in relation to the award.  The Ordinary Shares were sold at a price of 181.5 pence per share.  Matt now holds 469,588 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.62% of the issued share capital.

The Company also announces that, following vesting of an award under the Company's performance share plan and a subsequent exercise of nil cost options (as notified to the market on 30 September 2022) Adam Moloney, Chief Financial Executive Officer, sold 36,789 Ordinary Shares yesterday to cover his tax liability in relation to the award.  The Ordinary Shares were sold at a price of 181.5 pence per share.  Adam now holds 216,105 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.29% of the issued share capital.

The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation (Regulation (EU) No.596/2014) as it forms part of UK Domestic Law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, provide further detail in respect of the transactions described above.
