Bloomsbury Publishing Plc is holding a seminar for analysts today. The seminar
will cover Bloomsbury's overseas publishing activities and include presentations
by the heads of the company's US and German operations, Karen Rinaldi and
Elisabeth Ruge respectively, and Alexandra Pringle, Editor in Chief of
Bloomsbury Publishing. Its aim is to give analysts a broader understanding of
current business initiatives and market trends.

The seminar will not be providing an update on current trading or any new
material financial information.
